Kindly Note:

AJERA HILLS POLO COUNTRY ESTATE offers two exclusive membership categories, each with its own entry requirement:

1. Lifestyle Membership – This tier attracts a one-time fee of ₦5,000,000 (Five Million Naira).

This fee becomes payable upon successful completion of the application form, submission of all required supporting documents, and approval through our internal vetting and admissions process.

2. Legacy Membership – This tier is reserved for members acquiring Legacy Plots within the estate and is priced at ₦300,000 per sqm.

Final eligibility is subject to application review, documentation submission, and approval by the AJERA HILLS POLO COUNTRY ESTATE Admissions Committee.
